Virginia High School Basketball - Liberty Christian crushes Amherst County

The Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Amherst County Lancers (Amherst, VA), 72-26 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a Seminole bout on Friday, January 31. Liberty Christian will play a Pioneers team coming off a 67-60 non-league win over Gretna (Gretna, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Amherst County falls to 1-15 on the campaign. The Lancers host Glass (Lynchburg, VA) to play the Hilltoppers in a Seminole bout on Friday, January 31. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Glass won 65-28 in their recent league bout against Liberty (Bedford, VA)
