The El Cerrito Gauchos basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting De Anza Dons to 38 in the Gauchos league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gauchos now possess a 16-7 record. They play next when they travel to Kennedy for a Tri-County - Stone game on Thursday, January 30. El Cerrito will confront a Eagles team coming off a 63-26 league win over Richmond (Richmond, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, De Anza falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Hercules (Hercules, CA) to confront the Titans in a Tri-County - Stone game on Friday, January 31. The Titans go into the game with a record of 7-15. Hercules lost 47-42 in their recent non-league game against Vintage (Napa, CA)
