Texas High School Basketball - Hays sneaks past Glenn
January 28, 2025: Buda, TX 78610 The Hays Hawks basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Glenn Grizzlies to 55 in the Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now possess a 13-17 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty Hill for a 5A Region IV District 25 game on Friday, January 31. Hays will play a Panthers team coming off a 65-44 league win over Lehman (Kyle, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 25-5.
With the loss, Glenn falls to 15-16 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX) to play the Timberwolves in a 5A Region IV District 25 game on Friday, January 31. The Timberwolves go into the game with a record of 12-17. Cedar Park won 65-48 in their recent league game against Lockhart (Lockhart, TX)
