Michigan High School Basketball - Brandon thwarts Holly

January 28, 2025: Ortonville, MI 48462

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Brandon Blackhawks (Ortonville, MI) and the visiting Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI), observed Brandon's basketball team knock off Holly by a score of 42-25.

The Blackhawks (1-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Trojans come into the Flint Metro challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Owosso prevailed over Kearsley (Flint, MI), 65-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bronchos encounter the Fenton Tigers (Fenton, MI) in a Flint Metro challenge, on Friday, January 31. Holly will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 54-38 league win over Clio (Clio, MI).
