The Corunna Cavaliers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Brandon Blackhawks to 17 in the Cavaliers league triumph on Friday.

The Cavaliers now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Genesee Christian for a non-league game on Monday, February 10.

With the loss, Brandon falls to 1-14 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Kearsley (Flint, MI) to confront the Hornets in a Flint Metro game on Tuesday, February 11. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 7-10. Kearsley won 59-13 in their recent league game against Holly (Holly, MI)
