January 28, 2025: Canby, MN 56220 Canby Lancers (Canby, MN) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Yellow Medicine East Sting (Granite Falls, MN), 64-53 in a league match.
With the victory, Canby advances its record to 11-9 on the year. The Lancers travel to Renville County West (Renville, MN) to face the Jaguars in a A Section 3 match on Friday, January 31. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 5-13. Renville County West lost 63-35 in their recent league match against Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN)
The Sting now own a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview for a A Section 3 match on Thursday, January 30. Yellow Medicine East will face a Lakers squad coming off a 63-35 league win over Renville County West (Renville, MN). The Lakers record now stands at 13-6.
