California High School Basketball - Granite Hills victorious over Helix

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Granite Hills Eagles basketball team scored a good 50-41 triumph over the Helix Highlanders.

The Eagles (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Cougars go into the Grossmont - Hills contest with a 9-15 record. In their last contest, Steele Canyon was topped by Grossmont (El Cajon, CA), 70-29, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Highlanders battle the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) in a Grossmont - Hills contest, on Friday, January 31. Helix will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Vaqueros go into the contest with a 20-4 record after their 52-39 non-league win over Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA).
