Louisiana High School Basketball - Claiborne Christian knocked off by Saline
January 29, 2024: Saline, LA 71070 The Saline Bobcats basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Claiborne Christian Crusaders to 43 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a C District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Saline will battle a Panthers team coming off a 84-46 league loss to Calvin (Calvin, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-13.
The Crusaders (16-10) will now prepare for their contest against Glenbrook (Minden, LA). The Apaches enter the non-league contest with a 1-15 record. In their last contest, Glenbrook ran past Plain Dealing (Plain Dealing, LA), 46-31, in a league contest.
