North Carolina High School Basketball - Havelock ripped by South Central
January 29, 2024: Winterville, NC 28590 The South Central Falcons basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Havelock Rams to 23 in the Falcons league triumph on Monday.
The Falcons now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to J.H. Rose for a contest on Wednesday, January 31. South Central will meet a Rampants team coming off a 53-51 non-league loss to New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Rampants record now stands at 10-3.
The Rams (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Monarchs enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Northside - Jacksonville was routed by D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC), 66-65, in a non-league contest.
