Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Calumet New Tech Warriors (Gary, IN), 75-9 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Hammond Central advances its record to 16-3 on the year. The Wolves host Hobart (Hobart, IN) to face the Brickies in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Brickies enter the match with a record of 3-17. Hobart lost 50-42 in their recent non-league match against Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN)

The Warriors now own a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Griffith for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. Calumet New Tech will face a Panthers squad coming off a 50-42 league loss to Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 9-12.
