Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Bowman Academy Eagles (Gary, IN), 65-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Hammond Central upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Wolves travel to South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 6-1. South Bend Washington won 69-50 in their recent non-league match against Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN)

The Eagles now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calumet New Tech for a non-league match on Monday, December 9. Bowman Academy will face a Warriors squad coming off a 78-25 league loss to Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 0-6.
