Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Portage Indians (Portage, IN), 56-31 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Hammond Central upgrades its record to 9-1 on the year. The Wolves travel to Phillips (Chicago, IL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 9-5.
