January 3, 2023: St. Joseph, MO 64506 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bishop LeBlond Eagles (St. Joseph, MO) and the visiting Mid-Buchanan Dragons (Faucett, MO), saw Bishop LeBlond's basketball squad overcome Mid-Buchanan by a tally of 54-36.
With the victory, Bishop LeBlond improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, MO) to confront the Hornets in a Midland Empire challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Chillicothe won 49-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Lawson (Lawson, MO)
Next up, the Dragons confront the West Platte Bluejays (Weston, MO) in a KCI challenge, on Friday, January 6. Mid-Buchanan will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 64-50 non-league loss to Hogan Prep Charter (Kansas City, MO).
