The Ridge Red Devil basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Phillipsburg Stateliners to 45 in the Red Devil league triumph on Tuesday.

The Red Devil now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montgomery for a Skyland - Raritan contest on Thursday, January 5. Ridge will meet a Cougars team coming off a 64-43 non-league loss to Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 3-5.

The Stateliners (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Immaculata (Somerville, NJ). The Spartans enter the Skyland - Raritan contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Immaculata ran past Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ), 62-55, in a non-league contest.
