New Mexico High School Basketball - Lovington falls to Clovis

January 3, 2023: Lovington, NM 88260

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Clovis Wildcats basketball team scored a good 60-42 triumph over the Lovington Wildcats.

In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Palo Duro Dons (Amarillo, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 7. Clovis will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Dons enter the match with a 5-4 record after their 55-44 non-league win over Clarendon (Clarendon, TX).

With the defeat, Lovington moves to 7-6 on the year. The Wildcats host Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to meet the Warriors in a non-league match on Thursday, January 5. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 2-7. Ruidoso lost 44-41 in their recent non-league match against Reserve (Reserve, NM)
