Indiana High School Basketball - Delphi Community nips Tri-County

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Delphi Community Oracles (Delphi, IN) and the visiting Tri-County Cavaliers (Wolcott, IN), saw Delphi Community's basketball squad hold off Tri-County by a count of 48-47.

With the victory, Delphi Community upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Oracles host Carroll (Flora, IN) to play the Cougars in a Hoosier Heartland challenge on Friday, January 6. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 15-2. Carroll lost 63-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Western (Russiaville, IN)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the North Newton Spartans (Morocco, IN) in a Midwest challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Tri-County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 29-22 non-league loss to Frankfort (Frankfort, IN).
