California High School Soccer - Kennedy knocks off Taft
January 3, 2023: Delano, CA 93215 Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Thunderbirds confront the Wasco Tigers (Wasco, CA) in a South Sequoia challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Kennedy will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Highland (Bakersfield, CA).
The Wildcats now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Shafter for a South Sequoia challenge on Thursday, January 5. Taft will confront a Generals team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Chavez (Delano, CA). The Generals record now stands at 4-5.
