January 5, 2023: Taft, CA 93268 Shafter Generals (Shafter, CA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Generals confront the McFarland Cougars (McFarland, CA) in a South Sequoia challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Shafter will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record.
The Wildcats now possess a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chavez for a South Sequoia challenge on Tuesday, January 17.
