January 3, 2024: Marriottsville, MD 21104 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD) and the visiting Howard Lions (Ellicott City, MD), saw Marriotts Ridge's basketball squad knock off Howard by a count of 66-57.
With the victory, Marriotts Ridge upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The travel to Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD) to play the Vikings in a Howard County challenge on Friday, January 5. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Mt. Hebron lost 79-56 in their recent league challenge against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD)
Next up, the Lions play the Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County challenge, on Friday, January 5. Howard will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Wildecats come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 79-56 league win over Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD).
