Maryland High School Basketball - Glenelg tops Marriotts Ridge
February 5, 2024: Marriottsville, MD 21104 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD) and the host Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD), saw Glenelg's basketball squad knock off Marriotts Ridge by a count of 71-53.
With the victory, Glenelg upgrades its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD) to play the Vikings in a Howard County challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Mt. Hebron won 59-48 in their recent league challenge against Reservoir (Fulton, MD)
Next up, the play the Hammond Golden Bears (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Marriotts Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record.
