In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Edinburg Bobcats (Edinburg, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Rivera Raiders (Brownsville, TX), by a count of 68-38.

The Bobcats (24-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mission (Mission, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region IV District 31 outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Mission was crushed by Harvest Christian (Edinburg, TX), 72-21, in a non-league outing.
