Nevada High School Basketball - South Tahoe over McQueen

January 3, 2024: Reno, NV 89523

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) and the host McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV), saw South Tahoe's basketball squad overcome McQueen by a tally of 52-42.

With the victory, South Tahoe improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Fernley (Fernley, NV) to confront the Vaqueros in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Vaqueros come into the challenge with a record of 15-1.

Next up, the Lancers confront the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a 4A Northern challenge, on Saturday, January 6. McQueen will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 49-28 league win over Reno (Reno, NV).
