Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Greater Johnstown overwhelms Bellefonte
January 3, 2025: Bellefonte, PA 16823 The Greater Johnstown Trojans basketball team scored 82 points and limited the host Bellefonte Raiders to 41 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now possess a 10-0 record. They play next when they host Forest Hills for a Laurel Highlands game on Monday, January 6. Greater Johnstown will play a Rangers team coming off a 67-51 league win over Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 10-0.
With the loss, Bellefonte falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA) to play the Crushers in a Laurel Highlands game on Saturday, January 4. The Crushers go into the game with a record of 5-3. Bishop McCort won 67-64 in their recent non-league game against Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA)
