Next, the Greyhounds clash with the Era Hornets (Era, TX) in a 2A Region II District 13 test, on Tuesday, January 7. Slidell will attempt to upgrade on its 16-7 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 60-59 league win over Chico (Chico, TX).
The Knights (11-9) will now prepare for their test against Tioga (Tioga, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region II District 13 test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, Tioga was overwhelmed by Muenster (Muenster, TX), 43-31, in a league test.
