January 3, 2025: Naperville, IL 60564 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) and the visiting Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL), observed Neuqua Valley's basketball team knock off Yorkville by a score of 60-50.
The Wildcats (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs come into the DuPage Valley challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, DeKalb was knocked off by Rock Island (Rock Island, IL), 65-50, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Foxes encounter the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Yorkville will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 61-49 non-league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL).
