January 3, 2025: Manning, IA 51454 The IKM/Manning Wolves (Manning, IA) basketball crushed the visiting Missouri Valley Big Reds (Missouri Valley, IA), 44-23 in Friday's league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Coon Rapids-Bayard for a non-league bout on Monday, January 6. IKM/Manning will play a Crusaders team coming off a 55-48 league win over Woodbine (Woodbine, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Missouri Valley falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Big reds host Hamburg (Hamburg, IA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Hamburg lost 71-5 in their recent non-league bout against Bedford (Bedford, IA)
