In Friday's league contest, the host AHSTW Vikings basketball team scored a good 52-40 triumph over the Missouri Valley Big Reds.

The Vikings (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA). The Panthers go into the Western Iowa contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Logan-Magnolia was topped by Riverside (Oakland, IA), 44-38, in a league contest.
