The Intermountain Christian Lions basketball team (Salt Lake City, UT), was nudged 48-45 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Freedom Prep Academy Eagles (Provo, UT)

The Eagles now possess a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Utah Military Academy - Hill Field for a 2A Region 16 battle on Friday, February 2.

The Lions (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against American Prep WV (West Valley City, UT). The Eagles come into the 2A Region 16 battle with a 16-5 record. In their last battle, American Prep WV edged Rockwell (Eagle Mountain, UT), 75-55, in a league battle.
