Missouri High School Basketball - Lebanon knocked off by West Plains
January 30, 2024: West Plains, MO 65775 The West Plains Zizzers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Lebanon Yellowjackets to 63 in the Zizzers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Zizzers now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kickapoo for a Ozarks contest on Friday, February 2. West Plains will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 60-49 league loss to Central (Springfield, MO). The Chiefs record now stands at 17-3.
The Yellowjackets (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rolla (Rolla, MO). The Bulldogs enter the Ozarks contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Rolla was outscored by Parkview (Springfield, MO), 52-37, in a league contest.
