Missouri High School Basketball - Lebanon nips Branson
December 8, 2023: Branson, MO 65616 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lebanon Yellowjackets (Lebanon, MO) and the host Branson Pirates (Branson, MO), saw Lebanon's basketball squad hold off Branson by a tally of 48-45.
With the victory, Lebanon improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Norwood (Norwood, MO) to play the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Norwood lost 65-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Rattan (Rattan, OK)
Next up, the Pirates play the Logan-Rogersville Wildcats (Rogersville, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Branson will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 54-50 non-league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO).
