Texas High School Basketball - Overton overwhelms Mt. Enterprise

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Overton Mustangs (Overton, TX) and the visiting Mt. Enterprise Wildcats (Mt. Enterprise, TX), saw Overton's basketball squad wallop Mt. Enterprise by a tally of 64-35.

With the victory, Overton improves its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Cushing (Cushing, TX) to confront the Bearkats in a 2A Region III District 22 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bearkats come into the challenge with a record of 17-11. Cushing won 59-27 in their recent league challenge against New Summerfield (New Summerfield, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Douglass Indians (Douglass, TX) in a 2A Region III District 22 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Mt. Enterprise will attempt to improve on its 14-10 season record.
