The Ticonderoga (NY) varsity basketball team won Tuesday's home conference game against Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY) by a score of 47-44.
The Ticonderoga Sentinels basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Northern Adirondack Bobcats to 44 in the Sentinels league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sentinels now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saranac for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I contest on Thursday, February 1. Ticonderoga will battle a Spartans team coming off a 70-64 league loss to Beekmantown (Plattsburgh, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 6-7.
The Bobcats (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY). The Cougars enter the Section 7 Champlain Valley I contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Northeastern Clinton nudged Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY), 59-40, in a non-league contest.
