Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Selinsgrove winner over Shamokin Area
January 30, 2024: Coal Township, PA 17866 In Tuesday's league outing, the Selinsgrove Seals (Selinsgrove, PA) basketball squad felled the host Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA), by a margin of 70-54.
The Seals (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Milton (Milton, PA). The Black Panthers go into the Heartland I outing with a 3-11 record. In their last outing, Milton was beaten by Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA), 72-47, in a league outing.
The Indians now own a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Williamsport for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 1. Shamokin Area will encounter a Millionaires squad coming off a 61-37 non-league loss to State College (State College, PA). The Millionaires record now stands at 3-10.
