Oregon High School Basketball - Sheridan ripped by Taft
January 30, 2024: Sheridan, OR 97378 The Taft Tigers basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Sheridan Spartans to 32 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amity for a 3A PacWest contest on Thursday, February 1. Taft will meet a Warriors team coming off a 62-45 league loss to Dayton (Dayton, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 10-10.
The Spartans (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Scio (Scio, OR). The Loggers enter the 3A PacWest contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Scio was routed by Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR), 67-63, in a league contest.
