Washington High School Basketball - West Valley routs Wenatchee
January 30, 2024: Wenatchee, WA 98801 In Tuesday's league outing, the West Valley Rams (Yakima, WA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Wenatchee Panthers (Wenatchee, WA), by a margin of 72-25.
The Rams (11-6) will now prepare for their outing against Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA). The Mavericks go into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 outing with a 5-13 record. In their last outing, Moses Lake was trounced by Eisenhower (Yakima, WA), 74-69, in a league outing.
The Panthers now own a 0-18 record. They play next when they host Sunnyside for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 outing on Friday, February 9. Wenatchee will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 83-55 league loss to Davis (Yakima, WA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-10.
