January 30, 2024: Anchorage, AK 99517 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) and the host West Anchorage Eagles (Anchorage, AK), saw Dimond's basketball squad overcome West Anchorage by a tally of 54-38.
With the victory, Dimond improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Lynx host West Valley (Fairbanks, AK) to play the Wolf Pack in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Wolf Pack come into the challenge with a record of 6-5. West Valley won 45-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, AK)
Next up, the Eagles play the Chugiak Mustangs (Chugiak, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. West Anchorage will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 65-33 league loss to Service (Anchorage, AK).
