New Mexico High School Basketball - Espanola Valley fells Los Alamos
January 30, 2024: Los Alamos, NM 87544 Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM), 55-42 in a league bout.
With the win, Espanola Valley upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Sundevils host Taos (Taos, NM) to clash with the Tigers in a 4A District 2 bout on Thursday, February 8. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-16. Taos lost 50-43 in their recent league bout against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM)
Next up, the Hilltoppers clash with the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a 4A District 2 bout, on Friday, February 2. Los Alamos will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-15 record after their 36-30 league win over Moriarty (Moriarty, NM).
