Georgia High School Basketball - Georgia Military College ripped by Johnson County
January 30, 2024: Wrightsville, GA 31096 The Johnson County Trojans basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Georgia Military College Bulldogs to 19 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hancock Central for a A D2 Region 5 contest on Friday, February 2. Johnson County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-46 league win over Glascock County (Gibson, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-14.
The Bulldogs (1-19) will now prepare for their contest against Twiggs County (Jeffersonville, GA). The Cobras enter the A D2 Region 5 contest with a 1-20 record. In their last contest, Twiggs County was routed by Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA), 34-31, in a league contest.
