The Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) basketball crushed the visiting Land O' Lakes Gators (Land O' Lakes, FL), 73-52 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 13-11 record. They play next when they travel to River Ridge for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. Mitchell will play a Royal Knights team coming off a 69-55 non-league loss to Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Royal Knights record now stands at 9-15.
