The New Milford Green Wave basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Masuk Panthers to 41 in the Green Wave league victory on Monday.

The Green Wave now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pomperaug for a Southwest - Colonial contest on Thursday, February 3. New Milford will battle a Panthers team coming off a 67-44 non-league win over Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 11-5.

The Panthers (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Bunnell (Stratford, CT). The Bulldogs come into the Southwest - Colonial contest with a 1-14 record. In their last contest, Bunnell dropped by Weston (Weston, CT), 54-40, in a non-league contest.
