The Owls now sport a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Deal for a 2A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, February 3. Hale Center will battle a Lions team coming off a 52-51 league loss to Olton (Olton, TX). The Lions record now stands at 18-8.
The Hornets (1-14) will now prepare for their battle against Smyer (Smyer, TX). The Bobcats come into the 2A Region I District 4 battle with a 5-22 record. In their last battle, Smyer was routed by Floydada (Floydada, TX), 98-46, in a league battle.
