Minnesota High School Basketball - Albany overwhelms Foley
January 31, 2025: Foley, MN 56329 The Albany Huskies basketball team scored 86 points and limited the host Foley Falcons to 33 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now possess a 17-0 record. They play next when they host Melrose for a AA Section 6 game on Thursday, February 6. Albany will play a Dutchmen team coming off a 70-61 non-league loss to Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN). The Dutchmen record now stands at 4-15.
With the loss, Foley falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Annandale (Annandale, MN) to play the Cardinals in a AA Section 6 game on Monday, February 3. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 7-8. Annandale won 74-53 in their recent non-league game against New London-Spicer (New London, MN)
