In Friday's league test, the Community Braves (Nevada, TX) basketball squad got by the visiting Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX), by a score of 50-48.

Next, the Braves encounter the Sunnyvale (Sunnyvale, TX) in a 4A Region II District 13 test, on Tuesday, February 4. Community will attempt to improve on its 18-10 season record. The come into the test with a 14-10 record after their 47-40 league win over Caddo Mills (Caddo Mills, TX).
