The Fisher Bunnies basketball squad (Fisher, IL), was crushed 68-35 in Friday's league battle with the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL)

With the victory, Lexington advances its record to 20-5 on the year. The Minutemen host Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL) to meet the Chiefs in a Heart of Illinois battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Chiefs enter the battle with a record of 9-15. Deer Creek-Mackinaw lost 66-53 in their recent league battle against Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL)

The Bunnies now own a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salt Fork for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1. Fisher will meet a Storm squad coming off a 44-24 league loss to Westville (Westville, IL). The Storm record now stands at 14-7.
