The Hamlin Pied Pipers basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Paint Creek Pirates to 34 in the Pied Pipers league triumph on Friday.

The Pied Pipers now possess a 15-7 record. They play next when they host Rule for a 1A Region II District 15 game on Tuesday, February 4. Hamlin will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 76-24 league loss to Aspermont (Aspermont, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, Paint Creek falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Pirates host Rule (Rule, TX) to confront the Bobcats in a 1A Region II District 15 game on Friday, February 7. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 1-9.
