The Liberty Lions basketball squad (Peoria, AZ), was nudged 72-66 in Friday's league battle with the host Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ)

With the victory, Pinnacle advances its record to 8-14 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ) to clash with the Jaguars in a 6A Desert Valley outing on Thursday, February 6. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 16-5.
