In Friday's league contest, the host St. Raymond Boys Ravens basketball team scored a close 65-60 triumph over the Monsignor Scanlan Crusaders.

The Ravens (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Immaculate Conception was tipped by Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ), 63-60, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) in a Catholic AA - New York contest, on Sunday, February 2.
