The Central Heights Blue Devils basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Huntington Red Devils to 33 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pineywoods Community Academy for a 3A Region III District 21 contest on Friday, January 7. Central Heights will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 100-15 non-league win over Goodrich (Goodrich, TX). The Timberwolves record now stands at 10-11.

The Red Devils (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Pollok Central (Pollok, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region III District 21 contest with a 14-10 record. In their last contest, Pollok Central was defeated by Diboll (Diboll, TX), 66-51, in a league contest.
