Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] Wildcats (Leeds, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Warwick Warriors (Warwick, ND), 47-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Drayton/Valley-Edinburg lost 77-48 in their recent non-league bout against Northern Cass (Hunter, ND)
