North Dakota High School Basketball - New Rockford-Sheyenne fells Benson County [Leeds/Maddock]
February 23, 2024: Leeds, ND 58346 New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets (New Rockford, ND) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] Wildcats (Leeds, ND), 56-42 in a league bout.
With the win, New Rockford-Sheyenne upgrades its record to 14-10 on the season. The Rockets travel to Dakota Prairie (Petersburg, ND) to play the Knights in a B District 4 bout on Monday, February 26. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 3-2.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Warwick Warriors (Warwick, ND) in a B District 4 bout, on Monday, February 26. Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record.
